Shipping & Delivery

Aramex carries every Khaleeja order across the six GCC countries, with tracking and Cash on Delivery support.

Where we ship

Khaleeja ships within the Gulf Cooperation Council: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. International shipping beyond the GCC is not currently supported.

Made-to-order items (typical for jewellery and bespoke fashion) take additional maker production time, shown on the product page. Public holidays may delay delivery by 1–2 days.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions. Standard shipping within the UAE is AED 25 for orders under AED 250. Free standard shipping within the UAE on orders AED 250 and above.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available in UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. A handling fee of AED 10 (or local equivalent) is added at checkout for COD. Aramex collects the cash on the doorstep — please have exact change where possible.

Multi-vendor orders

A single order may contain items from multiple makers. Each maker ships their portion separately. You will receive a separate tracking number per maker shipment.

Tracking

  • An Aramex tracking number is emailed when each parcel is dispatched.
  • Track at https://www.aramex.com or in your Khaleeja account under Orders.
  • If a tracking number does not update for 5+ business days, contact us at support@khaleeja.com.

Customs and duties

The GCC is a customs union, and goods shipped maker-to-buyer within the six countries normally clear without duty. In the rare case where customs apply (high-value items, restricted categories), we will contact you before dispatch.

Failed delivery

Aramex makes up to three delivery attempts. If all attempts fail and the parcel returns to us, we contact you to confirm a re-delivery address (re-delivery fee may apply) or refund per the Returns & Refunds Policy.
